Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CashBridge Partners Inc (“CashBridge Partners”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit cb.moneygeek.online (the “Site”) or submit a loan request through it. CashBridge Partners is a free loan-matching service. We are not a lender or broker, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not lend money. When you submit a request, we share your information with lenders and partners in our network so they can review it and, if they choose, make you an offer.

Summary

  • We collect the information you enter in the loan request form, plus basic technical data about your visit.
  • We share your request with lenders and partners in our network. That is how the service works. Lenders may check your credit.
  • Lenders and partners pay us for advertising and for connecting you with them. You pay us nothing.
  • By submitting a request you may agree to be contacted by phone, text message or email. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
  • You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of further sharing, as described below.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in the loan request form, we collect the details the form asks for. Depending on the form, these may include:

  • identity and contact details, such as your name, date of birth, home address, email address and phone number;
  • loan request details, such as the amount you want and the purpose of the loan;
  • financial and employment details, such as your income, income source, employer, pay frequency and housing status;
  • bank account details that lenders use to deposit funds and set up repayments;
  • identification numbers lenders need to verify your identity and check your credit, such as your Social Security number, driver’s license or state ID number;
  • your consents and choices, such as your agreement to these terms and to being contacted.

If you write to us, we also keep your letter and our reply.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers and your browser record technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the address of the page that referred you. We use this information to run and secure the Site, prevent fraud and fix problems.

When you arrive at the Site from an advertisement or a partner link, the web address may contain campaign parameters, such as UTM tags or a click ID. When you click a button to start a loan request, the Site passes these parameters to the request form. This lets us and our partners know which advertisement or partner sent the visit, which affects how we are paid.

Information from lenders and other sources

Lenders and partners in our network may tell us whether your request was accepted, approved or funded, so that we can measure and settle our compensation. Lenders may get information about you from consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus) and identity verification services. Those checks are made by the lender, under the lender’s own privacy notice.

2. Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser storage, that are needed to deliver and secure its pages and remember basic settings. Our hosting and caching providers may set technical cookies for the same purpose.

At the date of this policy, the Site does not use third-party analytics tools or advertising pixels, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads tags or the Meta Pixel. If we add tools like these, we will update this policy before we use them and describe what they collect and how you can opt out.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site, including the request form, may not work properly without them.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, so the Site does not respond to them. Where state law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide the service: we pass your loan request to lenders and partners in our network who may be able to make you an offer, and we show you the result.
  • To contact you about your request and, where you have agreed, about other loan or financial offers that may interest you.
  • To check that requests are genuine, prevent fraud and duplicate requests, and protect you, lenders and the Site.
  • To measure how the Site and our advertising perform and to settle our compensation with lenders and partners.
  • To meet legal and regulatory requirements, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and enforce our Terms of Use.

4. How we share your information

We do not lend money, so to provide the service we have to share your request. We may share your information with:

  • Lenders and partners in our network. These include lenders, and marketing or technology partners that run parts of the lender network or pass requests on to lenders. They review your request, may verify your identity, may check your credit, and may contact you with offers. Some lenders may be tribal lenders. They follow tribal law, not necessarily state law, and their rates and fees can be higher than those of state-licensed lenders. Each lender’s own privacy notice governs how it uses your information once it receives it. We encourage you to read it.
  • Service providers. These are companies that host and secure the Site, store data, send messages for us, or help us prevent fraud. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Authorities and others where the law requires it. For example, to respond to a subpoena or court order, to cooperate with regulators and law enforcement, or to protect against fraud or legal claims.
  • A buyer or successor, if CashBridge Partners Inc is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. The privacy commitments in this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Lenders and partners pay us when we connect them with consumers. Under some state privacy laws, sharing personal information with them in exchange for this compensation may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Section 7 explains how to opt out.

5. Calls, text messages and email (TCPA consent)

The request form asks for your consent to be contacted. When you give it, you agree that CashBridge Partners and the lenders and partners named or described on the form may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide. Contact may be by live or prerecorded calls and text messages, which may be sent using automated technology, and by email. These messages may be about your request and about other loan or financial offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

  • You do not have to give this consent to use the Site or to get a loan.
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text message. Ask the caller to put you on their do-not-call list. Use the unsubscribe link in any email. Or write to us at the address below.
  • Withdrawing your consent stops marketing contact from us. Lenders that already received your request handle their own opt-outs, so you may also need to contact them directly.

6. Financial privacy notice (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act)

Federal law gives you the right to limit some, but not all, sharing of your personal financial information. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share and protect it.

What we collect

The information described in section 1, such as your income, employment details, bank account details and Social Security number.

How we share it

  • To process your request. We share your information with lenders and partners in our network because you asked us to. You cannot limit this sharing. Without it, we cannot provide the service.
  • With service providers who work for us under confidentiality obligations. You cannot limit this sharing.
  • As required or permitted by law. You cannot limit this sharing.
  • With non-affiliated companies, so that they can market other financial products to you. You can limit this sharing. Write to us at the address in section 11 and ask us to stop.

We do not have affiliates that use your information for marketing.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it, and to whom we have disclosed it;
  • get a copy of your personal information;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
  • ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of its use for targeted advertising;
  • limit our use of sensitive personal information, such as your Social Security number or bank account details, to what is needed to provide the service;
  • appeal our decision if we refuse your request, where your state’s law provides that right;
  • exercise these rights without being treated differently because you used them.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

In the last 12 months we may have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, address, email, phone number, IP address); personal and financial information listed in California Civil Code §1798.80 (such as bank account details, income and employment); characteristics of protected classifications (such as age); internet or network activity (such as pages viewed and referral data); and sensitive personal information (such as your Social Security number, driver’s license or state ID number, and account numbers). We collect this information from you, from your device, and from lenders and partners, for the purposes described in section 3. We disclose it to the recipients described in section 4. Disclosing it to lenders and partners for compensation may count as a “sale” or “sharing”. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Some information we collect for a loan request is covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or the Fair Credit Reporting Act. For that information, those federal laws apply instead of the CCPA.

How to make a request

Send your request by mail to the address in section 11. Tell us your name, the email address and phone number you used on the request form, the right you want to use, and your state of residence. Before we act, we will verify your identity by matching the details you give us with our records. An authorized agent can make a request for you if they send written permission signed by you. We will respond within the time your state’s law requires, which is usually 45 days.

8. How we protect your information

The Site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people and companies who need it to provide the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. We will never ask you to pay a fee to receive a loan offer. If anyone does, it may be a scam. Do not pay, and tell us.

9. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. That includes settling our accounts with lenders and partners, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

10. Children, links and changes to this policy

The Site is for adults in the United States who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

The Site links to lender, partner and government websites, such as the CFPB and the FTC. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy notices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will post the new version on this page before the changes take effect.
